Changes to Virtual Number Functionality and Pricing
We have recently received information from our Swedish operators regarding our long virtual numbers with suffixes, i.e., numbers ranging from 12 up to 15 digits in length, including the country code.
The information provided indicates that we, unfortunately, can no longer guarantee full functionality for these numbers. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you consider switching to shorter virtual numbers, as this can impact the quality and reliability of incoming SMS messages.
At the same time, we will be adjusting the pricing for the usage of our virtual numbers. Starting from January 1, 2024, the price will be standardized at 250 SEK per number per month, regardless of which number you use.
We understand that changes may raise questions, and we are here to support you through this process. If you have any questions or need more information, our support team is available to assist you and help you plan your transition.
Please note that if, despite this recommendation, you choose to keep your current long numbers, and functionality no longer works for any reason, SMS Tekniks will be released from any responsibility, as we have offered an alternative solution.
