Important information regarding extended protection against unwanted SMS messages
In order to continue to ensure the highest possible quality, reliability and protection against international unwanted traffic (spam/spoofing/smishing etc.) we will introduce an extended blocking of certain countries. This measure is important to minimize the risk of fraud, costly traffic attacks and unwanted use of our services.
What does this mean?
Starting Monday, November 24, 2025, the block will be expanded to include all of the countries listed below. If you already have a verified channel to any of these countries, you will not be affected by this expansion.
Countries that are blocked
The blocking applies to the following countries and associated country codes (Mobile Country Codes):
North America & Caribbean:
USA (1), Canada (1), Trinidad & Tobago (1868), Aruba (297), Belize (501), Haiti (509), Cuba (53), etc.
Africa:
Egypt (20), Morocco (212), Algeria (213), Tunisia (216), Libya (218), Senegal (221), Nigeria (234), Kenya (254), Tanzania (255), etc.
Europe & Eurasia:
Belarus (375), Kosovo (383), Russia (7), Kazakhstan (77), etc.
Central & South America:
Venezuela (58), Bolivia (591), Ecuador (593), Uruguay (598), Surinam (597), m.fl.
Asia & Middle East:
Pakistan (92), Afghanistan (93), Sri Lanka (94), Lebanon (961), Jordan (962), Iraq (964), Saudi Arabia (966), Iran (98), etc.
Oceania & Pacific Region:
Fiji (679), Samoa (685), Kiribati (686), New Caledonian (687), French Polynesian (689), m.fl.
Why is this done?
The increased blocking is being introduced to:
- Protect our customers against international spoofing and fraudulent traffic
- Minimize the risks of abnormally high costs
- Maintaining stability and safe operation
- Follow market best practices for risk management
Do you need traffic to any of these countries?
Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to receive the full list of blocked countries. In some cases, exceptions or manual solutions may be possible after individual assessment.

Black Friday
Black Friday is approaching, and that means one thing: the competition for customer attention is fierce. In a sea of emails, ads, and push notifications, you need to stand out — and the easiest way to do that is with SMS.
